How to return

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you may return the items in new and unused condition within 14 days of receiving the goods, to our Return address specified in the information enclosed with your Order – NOT to our office address. Please follow our Returns Instructions enclosed with your order. The goods must be in their original condition, including all packaging, e.g. shoes to be returned inside the original shoebox. Used items will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Returning used balls for recycling. We suggest you return in quantities of around 250-300 balls. Please let us know if you wish to return tennis balls for recycling and  and we will let you know the best way of doing so. This is because we work with different partners for balls recycling and operate a number of schemes, some of which, depending on your location, may be easier and more cost-effective for you and for us. For the usual orders, we sponsor the delivery charges (which are free for you, other than subscription orders), so we do not offer free returns, please pay the postage to your preferred service provider directly and retain a proof of postage.

Please make sure that the value of the items is covered by the postage paid. If products being returned came with free items as part of a promotion (e.g. free products), these items must also be returned. If they are not returned, we reserve the right to make a suitable deduction from your refund amount. 

    We will refund to the same payment method used during the purchase.

    Faulty Items

    If you have received a faulty item or your item has developed a fault within the warranty period, please email images of the item (including: an image of the fault, a full image of the product and a close-up image of the item's tag/label) to info@evergreen.tennis. We will inspect the fault and decide if we need to get the item returned or not. We work closely with the manufacturers to inspect the faults and if an item needs to be returned to them for further inspection, we will advise you of this and provide a free return's label. If the item is deemed faulty under warranty, we will replace your item.

    Unacceptable Returns

    If you return an item to us outside the terms of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply, we may not refund you. The item may be returned to you at your expense, and you will be notified of this and any other charges. If you choose to send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed as an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. This will not constitute any admission that we have failed to honour in full our obligations to you in full, and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.

    Missing Deliveries

    If you have not received your parcel within the estimated delivery timescales in the Product Description section or if you have not received your order, yet the tracking is showing as signed for, please contact us at info@evergreen.tennis within 14 days for us to investigate. Your queries will be processed with urgency. Until we complete the investigation, we will not be able to send out a replacement or issue a refund.
